A sassy little starfish brooch from Regency. The starfish is set with round and marquise-cut Austrian crystals in pale blue, magenta, purple and olive green. A frame of twisted gold-tone metal gives the colorful aquatic creature a nautical vibe. The playful piece fastens with a secure rollover pin. Signed "Regency." Circa 1950.
